The resource, inserted in the Technical and R&D office, will be responsible for drafting drawings, bills of materials and technical product documentation.

• Basic knowledge of plastic materials and main assembly technologies
• Basic knowledge of ERP management systems

La risorsa, inserita nell’Ufficio tecnico e R&D, si occuperà di validazione dei processi produttivi di assemblaggio di dispositivi medici, redazione della documentazione a supporto della validazione e del DHF di prodotto.

• 2 years of experience in the validation of production processes
• Knowledge of the main assembly technologies and processes used for the production of disposable medical devices
• Conoscenza dei processi di IQ, OQ, PQ e Gage R&R
• Knowledge of the main statistical analysis tools to evaluate the output of production processes
• Ability to optimize the flow of production processes
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Knowledge of Office package
• Proactivity and propensity for problem solving

The identified resource will be placed in the warehouse dealing with:

• Management of outgoing and incoming product flows
• Management of loading and unloading operations in coordination with the shipping office
• Order preparation

The selected candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

• Approve or reject, in collaboration with Quality Control (QC), raw materials, components, semi-finished products, packaging materials, and finished medical devices based on the results of quality control tests performed;
• Support Quality Assurance in the evaluation of non-conforming materials and in determining the appropriate actions to be taken;
• Provide operational support to Production activities in addressing issues arising from raw material quality or product non-conformities;
• Propose and collaborate in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Essential Requirements:

• Technical high school diploma or a degree in a scientific field;
• General knowledge of ISO 13485 requirements and EU Regulation 2017/745;
• Basic knowledge of the English language;
• At least 1 year of experience in the QA/QC department within the medical device sector.
